The Policies and Guidelines handbook is for our current Smith Scholars.  These guidelines are subject to change as determined by the Foundation’s officers in their sole discretion to continue to uphold the policies, goals and standards of the Foundation. Scholars are required to abide by current guidelines not withstanding publishment subsequent to original execution. Current guidelines are posted on the Foundation website and copies can be obtained from the Foundation office.
