LET THE CELEBRATION BEGIN!

Smith Foundation will celebrate 15 years of scholarships for Alabama Students.  The incoming class of 2019, along with current scholars and alumni will head to Alabama’s Capitol City to combine this year’s Boot Camp Training Seminar with Cultural Events activities in a Birthday Party atmosphere. 

In addition to the seminars preparing students for college success, the event will include activities with alumni who will share their post college experiences and 

explore professional options for post graduate study and careers.  On schedule are visits to the National Memorial for Peace and Justice and the Legacy Museum along with entertainment by comedian Clayburn Cox, and musical performers Kristin Webber and Juan Devevo. 

Attendees will enjoy the Awards Ceremony for new and graduating scholars aboard the Harriott Riverboat.
